Dana Gas is the Middle East's first and largest regional private sector natural gas company. It was established in December 2005 with a public listing on The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX). Dana Gas has exploration and production assets in Egypt, Kurdistan region of Iraq (KRI), and UAE. The total area is 2000 m2 and the total serviced area is 7220 m2. The building consists of one basement level, a ground floor, and seven above-ground floors. The building electromechanical systems were designed by MAK (Marwan Karawya).
