Main Responsibilities: 

• The main role is to generate new sales leads for the department and work on it until the sales takes place.
• Integrate and network with others to utilize the help and assistance of the department team as well as the company departments’ teams.
• Engage with client install base to update on current technologies, programs, and promotions, inquire about environment changes, subsequently update the database, and work closely with other sales and BD’s to disseminate the information gathered.
• Prospect new accounts, coordinate cold calls, gather company information, seek out company decision-makers, generate interest, determine the need for technology products and services, and schedule major appointments.
• Update periodically the sales database/ sales automation program (Google Drive) with updated information gained from meetings and telephone calls, and perform scheduling follow-ups as required.
• Assist with campaign support; monitor attendance, setup and preparation, registration, and follow-up activities.
• Assist with website content development and updates.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Manage directly and provides engineering and technical supports to all the Mechanical workgroups at the site.
• Act as a technical adviser at the site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives.
• Check plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Prepare as-built drawings.
• Interpret construction drawings and study the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
• Oversee the Mechanical work plan and coordinate with other trades (civil, mechanical, etc.) for completion of the work and to avoid clashes.
• Ensure that all the works are done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national, or international standards.
• Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work.
• Supervise ensuring quality control, health, and safety matters on site.
• Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required and deliver them to the Site Manager.
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Ensure timely material delivery on-site to avoid interruption of the work.
• Responsible for proper material/equipment storage and handling to avoid damage or theft.
• Attend meetings with the mechanical department to keep them updated.
• Responsible for selecting new candidates in coordination with Tendering Manager.
• Ensure orientation of new team members.
• Hold a weekly meeting to discuss Site Engineers' progress and forecasted department load.
• Document all the problems that face ProService in the projects in order not to be repeated and assist in implementing lessons learned program.
