500 KVA. (at 50°C ambient) 0.8 p.f., 380 V Diesel Generator.
Light Current System including, Telephone, Data, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Fire Telephone, Evacuation, and Garage Gate systems.
▶️HVAC.
Including Fan Coil Units, Exhaust Fans, Smoke Fans & Pressurization Fans.
▶️Fire Fighting.
▶️Plumbing& Drainage system
